Placing Orders & Prescriptions

Do I need a prescription to order from Buyoncomed?

Yes, prescription medications must be accompanied by a valid prescription. The prescription can be submitted during the checkout process, or you can email a scanned copy to admin@buyoncomed.com.

What if I can’t find my medication on your website?

If you are looking for us to carry a specific medication, please reach out to us with the name of the medication as it is spelled. There is a chance that we have medications that are not displayed on our website, and we will be willing to help you without any delay.

Can I place a bulk order?

Indeed, bulk purchases can be made but are accepted for personal use only and are subject to local import restrictions.

What are generic drugs?

Generic medications can be defined as drugs without a brand name and with similar active ingredients, strength, dosage, and effects as brand-name drugs, but available at a much more affordable price.

Are generic drugs safe?

Of course. All generic medications undergo strict requirements just like branded ones and are checked and approved by appropriate health organizations.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (within the country): 3–7 business days
International: 6–15 business days (may extend up to 30 days due to customs or logistics)

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking numbers are generated post shipment, and you will be sent the tracking number the very moment your order is shipped. If at any point you do not receive a tracking number, feel free to contact us by email, and we will look into up if there is a need to assist you.

What’s the expiry date of the medicine I’ll receive?

We guarantee an expiry period of at least 6 months. Noting your preference during checkout or contacting support will extend this duration further.

Order Issues & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we allow cancellation of orders between 12–24 hours, only if the order has not shipped yet. Within this timeframe, a small cancellation fee will be charged.

What if I receive the wrong medication or dosage?

Returns are only accepted if:

You receive damaged or incorrect products.
The package is not tampered with.

Other returns are not accepted due to health regulations.

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Absolutely. Our customers receive packages that are wrapped in bubble wrap in an unmarked cardboard box without any form of branding that conceals their contents.
